The building
Our apartment enjoys an exclusive location in the new 4-star Blue Line aparthotel in the seaside resort of La Villajoyosa on the Costa Blanca. On the first floor of Block 1, the apartment offers breath-taking and endless views of the azure blue of the Mediterranean.
From the apartment, you can enjoy phenomenal views of the sea, the landscaped gardens and the communal heated outdoor pool.
The building has an underground car park (space 21 near the lift) for guests who travel by car and want to park in a safe place.
An aparthotel offers all the same services and facilities as an ordinary hotel (including a 24-hour reception service, 7 days a week, breakfast and a bar on the ground floor). See the Services page for more information.
Location
The aparthotel building is located just outside the town in a very quiet location, just 90 metres from the sea. The town has 34,000 inhabitants and has a golden sandy beach which stretches for 3.5 kilometres. The region is best known for its characteristic colourful fishermen’s houses and for fish, seafood and chocolate. Between the building and the sea, there is a natural rocky beach – the ultimate peaceful oasis. Supermarkets, bakeries and other shops are just a 5-minute walk away. The promenade is home to numerous restaurants, tapas bars, cafés and more.
Accessibility
The town is 30 kilometres north of Alicante*, 8 kilometres south of Benidorm and 15 kilometres south of Altea.
Flights depart from Brussels, Charleroi and Ostend to Alicante (El Altet airport) and take approximately 2 hours. It’s easy to rent a car at the airport and the journey to La Villajoyosa takes just 35 minutes (42 kilometres) via the coastal road N332 or the AP7 towards Valencia.
